The Podcast is free to listen to on a number of major platforms. A new episode of the Podcast will be released each week. The story of my survival, entitled, ‘Standing up straight again,’ is 16 episodes long. Episode 17 onwards will be a mixture of life lessons and interviews.

Unlike the podcast, the AudioBook is advert-free and is available to listen to today. The duration of the story is just under 6 hours and is priced at just £14.99

The eBook is priced at only £9.99 and is available for anyone who prefers to read a story instead of listening to it.

The story is the same on both the Podcast and the AudioBook. The AudioBook will tell the story without interruption whereas the Podcast will have adverts attached at the start, middle and end of each episode.

The AudioBook is free-flowing without interruption and the whole story is available to listen to today, whereas the Podcast has adverts attached to each episode. The Podcast will release a new episode each week until the story is completed by week 16.

The story, ‘Standing up straight again,’ is just under 6 hours long, spread over 16 episodes.
